The spacious and comfortable living room features a wall-mounted smart TV with access to internet channels such as Netflix, a dining table for 6 people and provides access to the balcony.
Our new kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and includes a dining area with a table and four chairs. It also provides access to the balcony.
The recently renovated bathroom features a bathtub with a shower curtain, a sink, and a washer that you can use free of charge at your convenience.
The toilet is located separately and also includes a sink.
As an added convenience, we provide a private parking space in front of the building.
A bus stop is less then 3 minutes by foot away.
A washer that you can use free of charge at your convenience is located in the bathroom of the apartment.

Situated on the upper ground floor of a beautiful art deco building in a quiet yet central neighborhood, our apartment offers 3 bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed (160x200) with high-quality linen, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep and ample storage. Please note that there are a few stairs to access the building entrance and the apartment.
The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living/dining room. All amenities are meticulously detailed in our listing. Whether for leisure or business, we've thoughtfully furnished the apartment with high-speed internet and a wall-mounted smart TV with access to channels like Netflix.
We have two newly renovated bathrooms. The first one, accessible from the apartment hall, includes a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washer/dryer for your use, free of charge. An additional drying rack and storage are conveniently located beneath the sink and bathroom mirror. The second bathroom, accessible from the master bedroom, features a bathtub, a double sink, and a toilet, with storage conveniently located beneath the sink and bathroom mirror.
